Red Rock Oasis - Coconut Creek, FL

Simple question:
If a "famous" BBQ Burger with cheese, bbq sauce and is topped with Fried Onion Strings, why still bring the burger out with lettuce, pickle, tomato and yes, raw sliced onions? Seems odd and a bit redundant. Raw
Onions to go with my fried onions? Hmm...

Also, the most important criteria to any person eating a burger should be; The burger cooked the way you asked... I ordered Medium and was served Well-Done.

The former Buffalo Wild Wings location now repainted and a watered down menu called Red Rock Oasis really misses the mark. They tried to class-up a sports bar and didn't quite get it right.

Missed identity aside, I'm here to talk burgers. Both ordered at the table were over cooked. The BBQ sauce was solid and the onion strings were a nice touch. A nice sized patty but when the fries are better than the burger we've got problems.

Overall Rating of Rare (worst) to Well-Done (Best):
Red Rock Oasis - Medium Rare (2)

  1. went here on night around 8:00 and sat for about 10 minutes waiting for help (table in bar) my friend went and asked a waitress how much longer and she said quite some time were really understaffed. we had a delicious meal next door at the Japanese place.

  2. Went there for a small birthday gathering. The spinach/artichoke dip had so much thick cheese on top you needed a knife to cut through it to put it on your chips. The house salads had rotten tomatoes cut up in them and the dressing had no flavor. The california chicken wrap was horrible. No flavor on chicken or the sauce. bland... bland... bland. Wings were undercooked... the meal was so awful I will never ever go there again to eat. Makes me ill just thinking how bad it was. uuugh... on a scale of 1-10 i give it a 1 They need Chef Ramsey :)
